Poor service at flysafair from management.

I booked a flight for two to Capetown from durban international, today on the 04 May 2021, I was traveling from the south coast to the airport however the transport I booked came few mins late and there was unannounced road works along the n2 near galleria mall, we was at check in at 13:15 and was told that they can't allow us in as check ins closed at 13:10 we tried to explain to the guy who was the manager he said he can't assist but however there was another customer there who he said he will allow her to check in if she get an affidavit. This the most pathetic service from an airline as I am a frequent traveler, we then requested for a refund however they informed us we have to choose another date which we have no idea when will it be or else it's forfeited. The guy incharge claimed he the manager he said we can do what we want write whatever review he dont care his name is myran
