always loved safair

found them friendly and professional until today. Severe migraine......

needed.to check in early....so as to access lounge.....not only lack of compassion.. but bordered on rude....unfortunate... won't consider safair my priority airline any longer Surprised...after Covid thought people would have realised how precious having a job is and not behave in such an entitled manner...
