Poor Service and misappropriate information from staff members at check in desk

Good day

I am very disappointed by your services and your staff I was told they could not check my bags in cause I was late and clearly I was not and was told the flight is departuring in 5 min time mind you my flight was at 12:10 I was there at 11:35 one of the staff member told me I must go courier my bags at the shop by the airport mind you the flight was not even there.. It was very late very late, I don't understand what kind of service is that I had to pay R1480 courier for the poor service they attended to me in Cape Town today and I repeat I was not late for my flight.. I am very disappointed by them
