POOR SERVICE AND *****

I don't why the airline offers a third party booking system, and when there is an error systematically no-one can help you. They refuse to refund my money, when the fault was not on my side. No-one responds on email/chat bot or answers the call. I would have been left stranded had I not checked that my tickets are in order.
