Poor service

My suitcase was badly damaged. They used sellotape to try to keep the damaged suitcase in tact. I had a WhatsApp chat with one of the agents. They requested pictures of the damaged suitcase which I provided. On the 20th December 2022 they said I will receive a claim form within 24hrs. I am still waiting. I tried several times after that, but to no avail.
