Poor service

I cannot do online checkin for a flight tomorrow with FlySafair. There is simply an error message on the online check in site. No idea of when it will be back up.

Tried phoning the call centre, however there is only one item on the menu - reservations. The submenu for this has a whole list of options, but none for checkin queries??

Very poor service. The only reason I fly with you is because your competition is way worse
