Poor Service-***69

The flight has been delayed.Firstly we waited for a very long time from 12:31 since we were supposed to board around 13:00.We had to stand until 13:20.And when we enter the crew didn't apologize for being late.On top of that i was seated at the emergency exit seat.I took my shoes off because i suffer from foot cramps if i stand for too long wearing a covered shoe,mind you i was wearing mini-heels.And then the lady from the crew came and told me that i have to put my shoes on for departure.I just looked at her because firstly she didnt greet me and secondly the people were still coming inside i felt undermined,her name is Kirsten.She called her collegue.And i told her collegue that i suffer from foot cramps becoz of standing for too long then she moved me into another seat.They both didnt think of apologizing becoz they were aware that there was a delay.
