Poor service

After i submitted a review on Hellopeter facebook they eventually phoned me on 25/03 to quote me R4000 to get my child from Cape town to Lanseria wich means i am not seeing my child this holiday because i cant afford that amount? FlySafair is Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!
