Poor service

Booked our flights on 15/10/24 for 7:30. JHB to DUR on 16/10/24. On arrival at 6am on 16/10/24, Flysaf air check in system had problems causing us to mis the flight. We had to move to a later flight and pay more for the flight @11:15. Eventually boarded the plane @11:30. At 13:10 still waiting to depart. Missed our meeting completely, just made it in time to Durban for the flight home back to JHB, witch had its own problems
