Poor service

It was very bad my sisters sun has spinal tumor we arrived at cape Town Airport early and asked the security to bring us will chair in the meantime still waiting for the wheelchair we went in to do check in the check in was done and we waited for an hour for the wheelchair wen the security came with the wheelchair chair we went to board the flight we found the gate closed they said we can't go to the flight cos we late and we have to pay 3000 for the next flight and reason for us not taking the bus was because the child can't sit for a long time, we pay 3000 again and the child got was because of sitting for 6 hour to get to Johannesburg
