POOR POOR POOR SERVICE

On 08/03/2022 I contacted FlySaFair to book an unacompanied minor flight for my son from Cape town to Johannesburg. I filled in the online forms and submitted id's and everything from my side was completed. A lady phoned me but as I was on the highway driving i asked her to phone me back after a certain time? By that time a normal adult ticket was R1600 allready and flight prices goes up by the hour. i wonder how much it will be by now, And then i have to pay that extra crazy price of R750 on top of the ticket, my son says they only take him to his seat and bring him to me,no extra checkup to see if he needs anything or want to go to the bathroom or anything so I really think that R750 is crazy, but thats not my point. Since that day i never heard from them again, I call that poor service!!!!!!! Since January 2021 i only used them, i went to Cape town end of Feb and Easter weekend, then I booked my son to fly here and back in July, October and December. 5 Flights for the year, I only see my son in holidays, looks like I won't se him this holiday if I dont fly him with someone else? Pitty i had to click on a star to write a review because at this moment i dont think you desrve a star at all? And trust me, this is going to be shared very wide as I have many friends and I am starting by sharing this message on Facebook,then I will share it with the newspapers and everyone I can!!!!!
