Poor Poor Poor

I booked a flight the 11/03/2020, due to the Covid-19 virus and the presidents speech, I had to cancel the flight, FlySafair said they will give you a voucher or a booking change, if you booked a flight as a lite package, you are not eligible for a free flight change, if you have the lite package, you lose R300 off your initial payment for the booking, which is plainly unfair and wrong.

I called FlySafair on 16/03/2020 and said they’ll call me back, it is 16:30 18/03/2020 and haven’t heard a single word from them, their service and refund/voucher policy is utterly disgusting and unfair. Please don't get fooled, nothing will be changed from their side, so this is the only thing that i will do.
