Poor performance

I was a fan of flysafair since they started, but as of late service levels have dropped, and we’ve been delayed twice on the same flight with no explanation, and staff seem unaware. Feels like they may be struggling with operating at scale since their initial success. Other newcomers seem to be performing better as of late.

For example they haven’t even claimed their business on this site, disappointing.
