Poor Luggage handling and packaging

First time using FlySafair and hope it won't be for the last time depending on how they will handle my case.

The handling and packaging of baggage is very poor as one of our travelling suitcase was damaged after flying FlySafair yesterday flight FA273 from Durban to Johannesburg at 13:00

I have lodged a complain with FlySafair (Moemedi Magoro) and hoping they will act according and take responsibility of replacing our bag. If all goes well I will positively re-rate FlySafair as the flight was great except this luggage damages.
