Poor In-flight staff

In-flight staff were more perturbed about my expired DRIVERS LICENSE than helping the elderly with their carry-on luggage. I personally helped 2 ladies lift and store their luggage above their heads while the staff were huddled together in the middle isle. It's disappointing!!! If you can't honour your elders you can't shoe respect to anyone else!
