poor customer service so they can rob us

<p>Tw/o weeks ago we were at the airport1 hour before the flight departs and we were told that check in is 30 minutes before do we are too early, yesterday we came 35 minutes before departure and they told us check in is closed.we have to add money for a other flight. WgWhat kind of **** and service is dat. Worse the agent at the call centre was rude. I am so dissappointed and will neva book with them again</p>
