Poor Customer Service on WhatsApp – Florence Mzipa

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from one of the WhatsApp support agents, Florence Mzipa. On two separate occasions, I waited for over an hour to get help. Both times, the chat was suddenly ended without any response or explanation, and I was just sent back to the main menu.

This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, especially after spending so much time waiting. I expected better service and basic courtesy from a company that claims to value its customers.

I hope this is addressed seriously, as it reflects very poorly on the company’s customer support standards.
