POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FLYSAFAIR!!!

Have emailed Flysafair's customer service email, and copied in the CEO, with 2 important comments, and got no feedback from them at all. Worse than that, i left my driver's license on my seat, when flying to Cape Town. I emailed them to retrieve it; this was 3 weeks ago, and they have not bothered to contact me?! There feedback is shocking!!!!
