Poor Customer Service and thieving airline.

Terrible customer service and thieving airline. An air hostess took my hat when I got on the aircraft and even though I insisted that she should put it together with my carry on luggage, she stored it somewhere completely different resulting in her not returning it at the end of the flight. It’s been almost two weeks of me trying to get it back. At this point, it feels as though the hostess intentionally took my hat for her own benefit. They do not communicate effectively and do not respect customers. Poor service. I would not recommend this airline.
