POOR Customer Service

I recently had my luggage damaged on a flight, and with me always opting for the travel insurance, I lodged a complaint and claim with their call centre. It has been a terrible experience from the outset! This was logged on the 30 March 2023 with and after a signigicant amount of back and forth...the matter is still NOT resolved. They seemingly review and respond to emails every few WEEKS!
