Poor customer service

Paid R700 to change a flight for my mother, to leave CPT earlier due to her being involved in an accident - wanted to book a wheelchair for her (80 yrs old) and get told the ramp handler (Swissport) limit them to just 2 wheelchairs per flight. So i speak to a senior VP friend of mine at Swissport, who confirms this is an airline rule, not theirs. When i pointed this out to them I get 'sorry we can't help'. This is a full paying 80-yr old woman....and Flysafair can't accommodate to have a staff member help their passenger onto their plane......disgusting!
