Poor Business Class Offering.

I am writing with great despondency. I must admit that I believe the FlySafair business class coffering is somewhat misleading and a bit of a hoax.

I know as the new emergent market leader we are left with little to no choice for premium travel in South Africa and I welcome more entrants into this market. I pose the question, what does their business class offering give travellers looking for premium travel experience?

Certainly, the seats do not recline, there is no additional leg room, another traveller sits in the middle seat, no control for priority boading,no premium food or beverage service which you still pay for etc. I sat on 3D on the HLA to CPT 14:30pm flight yesterday and feel sad that we must accept this sub-standard service offering on a well marketed :”business class” experience.

Change is needed with urgency!
