Poor and rude service from Bontle or Gugu FA391 at 19:20 from King Shaka

What a rude and disrespectful flight attendant Bontle or Gugu not sure of her name she was the one instructing us to go outside the plane she was in flight FA391 at 19:20 from king shaka when we landed after 9pm in Johannesburg I was passing bags for my family as we where traveling in a group and had so much bags to carry she did not offer to help us to take out our bags.. instead she told me to sit down as I will be instructed to stand and take my luggage then I just looked at her she said hey sisi hlala phantsi meaning hey sister sit down, i sat down then she said next row can stand I asked her must I stand now..she answered me rudely with attitude saying I said the next row can leave then we stood up she does not have respect for people and treat people bad

I will never use Flysafair in my life as I experienced a bad service during that act she pulled when people where looking at me as I'm crazy I felt so much hurt and felt small and she disrespected me.. she does not enjoy and love what she does and have bad customer service and so rude...I want apology and explanations why she gave me that attitude and shouted at me and made me look like I'm stupid nje
