Please HELP Flysafair

My storie: I have booked a flight for the 30th of June to return the 4th of July. Was suppose to go to durban and I'm from gauteng. We all know that after our family meeting our trip had to be canceled as gauteng was put under level 4 lockdown (no traveling in or out unless you going home). After a long battle flysafair refunded me a coupon to use at a later stage(valid for 6 months they said). A week later I was retrenched from work and will not in the foreseen future be traveling definitely not in the next 6 months. I then sent flysafair numerous emails asking for a CASH refund of my money with no reply till today (3weeks already). I have never had a bad experience with them previously but due to circumstances that where not in our conrtrole the above happened. The only reason I'm writing this here is in Hope's that they will respond and assist as I'm in dire need of the funds that they are refusing to get back to me with.
