PLEASE ATTEND TO MY QUERIES

I Booked the flight from the R1 special and I managed to book for 2 from the 20th returning 31st December. My girlfried then made a mistake and modified the wrong booking immidiately after that I called and there was a guy who said he will get it changed immidiately and call me back. I called a week after the lady told me the same thing. Its been 4 Hours and counting and I'm still here waiting for that call, can someone please rectify this and get back to me ASAP.
