Pleasant experience with FlySafair

I have had the pleasure of using Flysafair a couple months ago and I was really pleased with their customer service. With Flysafair I felt valued as a passenger and they made sure that I was comfortable and happy. I was late for my check in by a couple of minutes and they were very helpful and pleasant with me. The personnel at the help desk were approachable and willing to assist me even though I was at the wrong for being late. Overall I would recommend FlySafair to anyone who is willing to listen.
