Pilots not trained to land a plane in the wind at Port Elizabeth!

Flight 139 from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town to, 13 Sept 2026 was suppose to take off at 18:40 - forward to 22:20 - this eventually happened. My issues 1 - how is it possible that 2 SAfair fligths to PE (other one from JHB) has pilots that can not land in the wind? - PE is known for its wind. Airlink also had 2 flights during the same time that landed successfully. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? 2 - the most *********** people at the SAFair ticket office. 2 people, everybody from 2 flights are trying to get other flights, information etc, you stand, and stand and stand and stand. EVENTUALLY when you reach the front, questions like, can I transfer to the flight leaving for Cape Town at 20:00, what will the cost be? are met with "I will have to ask my manager" - "my manager" IS NOT STANDING BEHIND HIS 2 DESK LADIES TRYING TO ASSIST, HE IS RUNNING AROUND BETWEEN THE CHECK IN DESK AND THE BACK OFFICE. WHY IS HE NOT THERE! STANDING THERE! ASSISTING!?
