Phone Theft at FlySaFair

I had a terrible experience with FlySaFair , first time and last i used their services . My reference is FCLKGF , for the day of the incident. My daughter put her phone which was flat in her bag from Johannesburg to Cape Town , and did not check it in . Myself and my other daughter checked in ours ,that is the two bags . Going back home yesterday the 24th November 2019 , we decided to check in all three bags . It is unfortunate that my little girl s bag fell prey to the so called third party used by FlySafair , Ms Andrea January who was adamant that it never happens that anyone can check in a flat phone in their luggage and therefore it should not be FlySaFair s problem to take my query to airline for information or footage of what happened ,as they are not responsible for such rare incidents . She is working with loss and her history there never came across such negligence . We are referring to a minor here . Anyone who can assist please contact me .
