Peace of mind with great service

My 18yr old daughter flew to Johannesburg on her own recently for the first time. I was delighted with the service she received from check-in where her request for a window seat was immediately accommodated and from then on out, the staff were so kind and friendly, taking note that she was a youngster on her own. Thank you for reassuring this mom that her daughter was in good hands.
