Paying for infant - but no luggage

<p>I travel quite a lot. Decided to book Safair for my 10 month old daughter, because they were the cheapest. Well...even though I pay 15% of the travel fee for my daugter that is sitting on my lap (I don't have a problem with that though) I may not book in a bag for her? Phoned them to enquire about that, turns out...even though I'm paying more or less R300 for her already, to add a bag I must pay another R150 - and the reason for it, I'm not returning my flight.</p> <p>I travelled one way with Kulula in Des. Also paid more or less R300 for my daughter, but she had the same luggage priviledges (20 kg bag an 7 kg hand luggage and a pram).</p> <p> </p> <p>So why, safair, are you so not userfriendly? I don't know what you were thinking here. </p>
