Pathtetic SAFAIR service

The service at FlySafair is pathetic from the time i boarded. The white lady took my hand luggage from me & told me as soon as i land the luggage will be in front. We waited 10 to 15 minutes for them to deliver the hand luggage. Pathetic !!! Worse was when it did arrive my hand luggage was the same colour make as someone else's. I mistakenly took that one. On exit realising this error, i went back to correct it. I found the lady who's hand luggage i had & returned it to her. However she left mine with the security. I went back for my bag & waited half hour. The airport was empty & my transport left me. Eventually i found a security guard & there was an Indian female that came with my bag. She was rude, arrogant with a stinking attitude. She said i must be more careful & not take other people's bags. She said her name was Lalitha Brijlall. She said that I can go complain to whoever i want to, she doesn't care.. She just brushed me aside & treated me like a ********. Very disturbing behaviour & disturbed.
