Pathetic WhatsApp help line

I wanted to know when certain flight bookings would open. They gave a WhatsApp number to assist. It was the most pathetic help system I have ever used. It did not answer any one my questions. For instance - when will bookings open for Mauritius in May & June next year. The answer came back telling me where Mauritius was & its time zone. It is sad that I'll have to book with another airline.
