Pathetic service Safair

I traveled with Safair from Johannesburg to Durban with my old aunt of 83 years. While boarding the flight she fell. I called Safair to request a wheelchair for the flight home and was told they could not accommodate me as they already had 2 assisted passengers on board. I could not believe that they would rather risk an injury on board and risked being sued then accommodate me. Totally shocking. Will never use them again. Disgusted.
