Pathetic service on lost goods

Pathetic service to no service from Flysafair on lost goods, not even a call to update us on the whereabouts on the ****** goods even when we have taken up travel insurance ,its been 15 days since we travelled to this day we havent gotten any update whatsoever is so disgusting to receive such treatment
