Pathetic service FROM shastika checking in passengers to board flight

Fly Safair lady Shastika from Kinf Shaka Int. Boarding flight 261 refused to let us board the plane as I didnt have my sons birth certificate printed. Then we are level 2 lockdown and asked to lower our mask to a HUMAN to show facial recognition to a so we can board the flight... what BS...
