Pathetic service from FlySafair

Absolutely pathetic service at King Shaka Airport by your ground staff for the 11:30 flight to Johannesburg. Paid for priority and were at the front of the line however your pathetic staff allowed passengers who came late to go through to the front and walkin without informing them to go the back of the Priority queue. We paid extra for priority boarding .

Your staff had no control of what was going on and passengers and to tell those cutting the line to go to the back.

Absolutely pathetic service and your staff need to be reprimanded and to be sent on training as to how to deal with passengers.
