I would give a minus rating with that *********** Manager at the Bloemfontein Checkin. Sibingile or whatever her stupid fkg name was. She is a rude abrupt women who should not be at a front office. She is the face of safair and it really gives you a bad fkg name. I will NEVER use you *********** people again due to that 1 bad person. She really does not understand what she has caused. She is a stupid idiot and I would like an apology from her.
