Pathetic service!

My experience with them today was absolutely pathetic. My elderly mother missed her flight yesterday because of their *********** staff making her run around from gate to gate even though she clearly battles to walk and move around. When asked to have someone to assist her, we were told that it's too busy now for someone to help her, she can figure it out on her own. That's the way they deem fit to treat people. We were told to come back before 4am this morning to be on standby to board another flight. We reached the airport at 3:30am and only got a seat at 10:25am. My mother was constantly pushed aside for seats and made to stand and run around from gate to gate only to be told at the boarding gate that the seat they've given her was given to someone else and that she needed to start the process all over again. This happened at least 5 times as she watched people that just arrived at the airport who were also on standby, leave for she could, to the same destination. This airline is absolutely useless. They way they treat people, especially the elderly is pathetic and absurd. Their customer service skills are nonexistent. No one deserves to be treated that way especially when you've payed so much of money to buy a ticket on the plane!
