Pathetic Service

Such a pathetic service received from Safair when I have asked for a simple request to change an itenary for a flight from Durban to go to Lanseria instead of Or Tambo ...they go change the whole ticket incorrect to even call Me for confirmation nope ..I’m so annoyed with this disgusting service and either you refund me my money back or fix this ticket correct
