PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I have never experienced such pathetic service!

I contacted Flysafair to cancel my flights, as I will not be flying out anymore, as planned and would like a cash payout refund. I was directed to the website to cancel and request for cash payout refund, however, after I did so my flights were cancelled and I immediately received a voucher. When I spoke to the contact centre agent, I advised that I do not want a refund in the form of a voucher, I want a cash payout as I will not be flying out anytime soon.

After I received the voucher, I contacted the contact centre again enquiring and escalated the matter, I was promised a call back, but I haven't received a call since then, and it's almost a month later.

I will definitely not recommend this airline to anyone!
