Pathetic Service by Safair

<p>I have booked and checked in and went to the counter to collect my boarding pass and told that the printer is not working. Secondly when I got to the flight the sit that I booked has been taken and been given a worse attitude ever by the staff who was not trying to resolve the challenge. I had stories about this airline and now am confirming their BAD service.</p>
