Pathetic service from Fly Safair George staff. I went to fly safair George to add a child on the existing booking. The supervisor by the name of Ivane told me she cannot able to add a child citing that term and conditions requires me produce a birth certificate whilst I had de I'd number and full details of that particular child. I then request her to show me the terms and conditions she was referring to, so that see, she could not find it anywhere in terms and conditions, she went and print out something that was not relevant. The prices have since changed. I a. thinking of cancelling the tickets n try other flight companies.
