Pathetic Service and flight cancellation

You messed up my holiday for me and my family. 6ou are pathetic. My booking nr is QLRSLC and day of checking today 22/03/2023 it just disappeared from your system. Best of all is your staff blames it on load shedding. Beyond pathetic. Made a new booking at OR Tambo for SAME flight and you charged me R1400 more. You are a bunch of ******** and WILL pay me back for damages. I will spend 10x the money just to prove my point
