Pathetic service

This airline has a horrible service, I had a horrible experience from their staff ended up having a back to back with a consultant Princess Xaba that couldn’t even check my luggage in and ended up paying extra but boarding gates were closing soon, escalated the issue a week later there is still no resolution! What a pathetic *********** service .
