Pathetic service

My mom flew for her first time and I personally paid for her ticket she had priority boarding, luggage and the flight included...when she got to the airport in cape town the woman at the counter mixed up the boarding pass and gave my mom someone else's and she had to pay for her luggage and did not get priority boarding no one got back to me until September and she flew in June pathetic service and they still didn't refund me
