Pathetic Service

My partner and I use this flight frequently between JHB and DBN, on 30/10/2019 he booked a flight from DBN to JHB to pay at Pick n Pay which he did a few hours later but closer to the traveling date which was on 10/11/2019 he received an email that his booking was canceled, when he sent someone to enquire at Pick’n Pay outlet he was told to produce a slip which he had lost but showed them the sms from the bank for the amount they charged him, he called the call center they also wanted a slip, he forfeited that amount just like that, We both like using this flight but that kind of service has forced us to look for another flight we will be using going forward.
