PATHETIC SERVICE

There should be a zero rating for customer service with FlySafair. This is by far the worst service I have experienced in a very long time. Takes me 45mins to book a flight on my subscription package every time. I will end up spending more money on airtime than flights. Only call centre I have called where I am No1 in the queue for more than 10-15 mins... No-one has any idea what is going on and whether "system" issues will be resolved.
