Pathetic service

This is very disappointing for a first time user. I called March 11th to cancel my flight due to the death of an immediate family member. They sent email confirmation to say they have received the documents which they had requested from me instead of sending the voucher. It took 9 calls which a few were dropped whilst they had me on hold, it took the 1 hour 15 min to email my voucher. It initially took them almost 5 days to send my voucher. I pay for these calls and no one showed any remorse for my grievances. I don't look forward to using the flight in the near future. I would happy to get a full refund of my money as I want to use another airline this ia absolutely pathetic. When I tried to use the voucher of 750 for the 898 flight prices changed. I was aware prices may differ I may need to pay the difference but I was delayed in getting my voucher to book a flight i could afford who's fault is it that I requested a voucher in time and the price suddenly changes this is totally unacceptable.I have not been reimbursed for the airtime wasted calling people who are not doing their jobs yet you want me to pay more than the price stated online. Sort this out ASAP I need be in Cpt.
