Pathetic Service

Flysafair is a *******. Yesterday they had flights for R9...I wonder if anybody did get those tickets. Their website claimed that certain flights were 30% off until midnight. Last night around 8pm I was making a booking to Durban, the flight was around R650 per person so as I was making payment I get a message "'currently we don't have sufficient inventory" what does this even mean? When I called the customer care line I told as I was making the payment Safair increased their prices! That ticked in couple minutes went up to R1130! really is this the level they operate...offer certain tickets for R9 and increase all other prices twice the amount? Your business ethics are questionable.
