PATHETIC SERVICE

The service received from Safair Airline was absolutely disgusting and utterly disappointing! <br> This was my first time using this airline and I will never use them ever again. I strongly urge others not to use them either and to take a stand against bad service. As long as you continue to support them, they will continue operating as they do. <br> I would rather pay a bit more to another airline and receive better service. <br> I will never spite myself like this again thinking I'm making a saving. NEVER AGAIN.<br> The operators have no sympathy or compassion whatsoever - the call centre may as well be run by robots.
